Why are PDR Equipment International Tools less expensive than tools from other companies?
We take seriously our motto: The Gear you need priced right. We have an excellent staff with almost 40 years of combined experience in designing and specifying paintless dent removal tools. As the original and reigning supplier in the PDR industry, PDR tools International procures a volume of tools that allows us to take advantage of economies of scale unachievable by other sellers. With increased efficiency, we have been able to continue to offer the highest quality tools available at reasonable prices. Also, with PDR tools International, you are receiving PDR tools directly from the primary seller, another cost savings for our customers.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to have all orders delivered within 14 working days from the time your order is dispatched from one of our three dispatch facilities. We ship orders received by 12 p.m. CST for standard PDR tools almost always that same day.
However, as a company that uses various outsourced manufacturers and international logistics, there are occasional shipping exceptions and delays that are outside of our direct control. We ask for your understanding should any of the following factors cause a delay to your order:

Customs and Border Clearance: For international shipments, packages may be held for inspection or due to incomplete documentation, which can delay delivery for days or even weeks until clearance is secured.

Carrier or Operational Issues: Delays can occur within the carrier's network due to high shipping volume (especially during peak holiday seasons), mechanical failures, labor shortages, or unexpected logistics bottlenecks.

Incorrect Shipping Information: Errors in the delivery address provided by the customer (e.g., missing apartment number, wrong postal code) will halt the shipment until the information is corrected.

Global Supply Chain Disruptions: Unforeseen worldwide events, such as geopolitical conflicts or major trade disruptions, can impact the speed and capacity of international shipping lanes.
Where is PDR Equipment International Tool located?
PDR Equipment International, a UK-based company, works with various outsourced manufacturers globally. Our expert tool makers collaborate with our manufacturing partners to produce our hand tools and rods, enabling us to provide our customers with tools direct from the supplier. We utilize three dedicated manufacturing facilities for high-precision PDR tool production, including our PDR Equipment International DentMasters, slide hammers, knockdown hammers, and other tools and accessories. We also operate three distinct dispatch facilities to ensure efficient global distribution.
What is your return policy?
Standard PDR tools and accessories ordered from our catalog or on the Web site can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs
What is your privacy policy?
We do not share or sell our customer lists with anyone. The information you provide when you order products, addresses, phone numbers and credit card numbers is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. Your information is protected both online and offline.
